Sean Bannister

I am a healthcare professional with 17 years of experience specializing in dementia and memory care. Started my career in activities as an assistant, moving my way up to Activities director and later on as a memory care director. Based in Petaluma, California,  I joined Windsong in 2026 I have worked in this community previously under a different ownership group, and am excited to return to this community under integral senior living. I am passionate about providing compassionate and quality care for seniors. I'm a husband and father to a 13-year-old daughter. When not working I will most likely be on a golf course or doing something with family.
