I am a devoted husband, proud father of four amazing children, and a hardworking professional who believes in growth through dedication and perseverance. My journey began in a family-owned restaurant, where I learned the value of discipline, teamwork, and the importance of serving others with respect and integrity. Those early experiences shaped my strong work ethic and passion for leadership.

As I continued building my career, I transitioned into the skilled trades industry, where I discovered a talent for problem-solving, hands-on work, and maintaining safe, efficient environments. Over the years, I gained valuable experience that eventually led me into senior living.

For the past five years, I have proudly served as a Senior Living building service Director, overseeing operations that directly impact the comfort, safety, and quality of life of residents and staff. I take pride in leading with professionalism, compassion, and reliability while ensuring every challenge is met with determination and accountability.

I joined Windsong in 2023, it was an amazing transition glad to be part of the team. I am looking forward to providing great service, Safety, and reliability.
