Lauren Cottman

I bring more than 18 years of experience in the senior living industry, supporting communities across the Bay Area and Sonoma County. I previously had the privilege of serving Integral Senior Living in a few different roles, at other community locations over the years. I returned to Integral Senior Living as Executive Director in 2024 at Windchime of Marin, our sister location in Kentfield, CA.

In March of 2026, I was proud to have the opportunity to join our Windsong of Sonoma Community and team, where I am committed to continuing to make a positive impact. My background includes strong expertise in regulatory compliance, fostering an inclusive and supportive community culture, and developing high-performing teams.

I am passionate about collaboration, growth, and creating an environment where everyone feels valued and inspired to contribute to enhancing the quality of care for our residents and their families.

Outside of the community, I enjoy spending quality time shared with my husband, our four children, and two dogs.
